Hub and Spoke Networks - If requirement is to connect Web App Outbound traffic from VNET which is different than VNET configured for AMPLs configured PE.
Add Virtual Network Link in AMPLs -> PE -> Private DNS Zone for the Web App Outbound traffic VNET.
